Description: Rat peroxisomal acyl-coenzyme A oxidase 1 (ACOX1) ELISA kit is a ready-to-use ELISA kit for analyzing rat ACOX1 levels with a detection range of 0.625-20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.1 ng/mL.

Assay Principle: The kit is based on ACOX1 antibody-ACOX1 antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect ACOX1 antigen targets in samples.

Background: ACOX1 catalyzes the desaturation of acyl-CoAs to 2-trans-enoyl-CoAs, which plays a role in lipid metabolism, fatty acid β-oxidation, and so on.
