Description: Rat 3 beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase/delta 5-->4-isomerase type 1 (HSD3B1) ELISA kit (0.312-20 ng/mL) is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of HSD3B1 in rat samples with a range of 0.312-20 ng/mL and a minimum detectable dose (sensitivity) of up to 0.06 ng/mL. The kit is highly sensitive and easy to use.

Assay Principle: This kit utilizes a double-sandwich ELISA format. The microplate is pre-coated with a rat HSD3B1 monoclonal antibody, and the detection antibody is a biotin-labeled polyclonal antibody. Samples and the biotinylated antibody are added to the ELISA plate wells, and the wells are washed with PBS or TBS. Avidin-peroxidase conjugates are then added in sequence. After the reactants are thoroughly washed, the TMB substrate is used for coloration. The resulting blue color shifts to yellow under acidic conditions. The color depth is positively correlated with the concentration of the target analyte present in the samples.
