Product Overview
Description:
PKA-R2beta colorimetric cell-based ELISA kit is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of PKA-R2beta in human, mouse, and rat samples with a minimum detectable dose (sensitivity) of ≥5000 cells/well. The kit is highly sensitive and easy to use.
Assay Principle:
The ELISA analytical biochemical technique is based on PKA-R2beta antibody-PKA-R2beta antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect PKA-R2beta antigen targets in samples.
Background:
PKA-R2beta is a regulatory subunit of protein kinase A (PKA). The PKA signaling pathway exerts extensive effects within cells. PKA-R2beta modulates PKA signaling by binding to the PKA catalytic subunit and inhibiting its activity, thereby playing a role in obesity.
Synonyms:
PKA-R2β
Applications:
PKA-R2beta colorimetric cell-based ELISA kit is used to quantify PKA-R2beta in cell lines of human, mouse, and rat, providing data to support research in a wide range of areas, including signal transduction, metabolism, obesity, and others.
Research Area:
Signal Transduction; Metabolism; Obesity
