Description: Pig medium-chain specific acyl-CoA dehydrogenase (ACADM) ELISA kit is a ready-to-use microwell, strip plate ELISA kit for analyzing pig ACADM levels with high sensitivity and excellent specificity.
Assay Principle: The kit is based on ACADM antibody-ACADM antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect ACADM antigen targets in samples.
Background: ACADM is an enzyme that catalyzes the first step of mitochondrial fatty acid oxidation. It may serve as a target to regulate fatty acid metabolism for the treatment of obesity, cancer, and other related diseases.
