Description: Mouse peptide YY (PYY) ELISA kit-Quantitative sandwich (15.6-1000 pg/mL) is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of PYY in mouse samples with a range of 15.6-1000 pg/mL and a minimum detectable dose (sensitivity) of 4.9 pg/mL. The kit is highly sensitive and easy to use.

Assay Principle: The microtiter plate in this kit is pre-coated with an antibody specific to PYY. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate wells along with a biotin-conjugated detection antibody. Next, avidin-HRP is added and incubated. Upon the addition of TMB substrate, only those wells containing the PYY-biotin-avidin complex will exhibit a color change. The reaction is terminated with a sulphuric acid solution, and the absorbance is measured at 450 nm ± 10 nm. The concentration of PYY is then determined by comparing the sample O.D. to the standard curve.
