Product Overview
Description:
Mouse guanine nucleotide-binding protein G(I)/G(S)/G(T) subunit beta-3 (GNB3) ELISA kit (0.78-50 ng/mL) is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of GNB3 in mouse samples with a range of 0.78-50 ng/mL and a minimum detectable dose (sensitivity) of 0.425 ng/mL. The kit is highly sensitive and easy to use.
Assay Principle:
The ELISA analytical biochemical technique is based on GNB3 antibody-GNB3 antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect GNB3 antigen targets in samples.
Background:
GNB3 is a key component of the G protein heterotrimer. G proteins play a central role in cellular signaling, acting as “messengers” that link extracellular signals to intracellular responses. Specific genetic variants in GNB3 are strongly associated with obesity susceptibility and obesity-related metabolic disorders.
Synonyms:
G protein subunit beta 3; Transducin beta chain 3; HG2D; CSNB1H; Guanine nucleotide binding protein (G protein), beta polypeptide 3; Guanine nucleotide-binding protein G(I)/G(S)/G(T) beta subunit 3
Applications:
Mouse guanine nucleotide-binding protein G(I)/G(S)/G(T) subunit beta-3 (GNB3) ELISA kit (0.78-50 ng/mL) is used to quantify GNB3 in mouse samples, providing data to support research in a wide range of areas, including metabolism, signal transduction, obesity, and others.
