Product Overview
Description:
Mouse ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase-1 (ENPP1) ELISA kit is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of ENPP1 in mouse with a range of 31.2-2000 pg/mL and a specificity of 15.66 pg/mL.
Assay Principle:
The kit is based on ENPP1 antibody-ENPP1 antigen interaction (immunosorbent) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect ENPP1 antigen targets in samples.
Background:
ENPP1 is a member of the ENPP family, which has broad specificity and cleaves various substrates. It is primarily involved in ATP hydrolysis at the plasma membrane, playing a role in regulating pyrophosphate levels, bone mineralization, and soft tissue calcification.
Synonyms:
Membrane component chromosome 6 surface marker 1; Alkaline phosphodiesterase I; Plasma-cell membrane glycoprotein PC-1; M6S1; NPP1; NPPS; PC-1; PCA1; PDNP1
Applications:
Mouse ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase-1 (ENPP1) ELISA kit is used to quantify ENPP1 in mouse samples, providing data to support a wide range of studies.
Research Area:
Bone mineralization and soft tissue calcification research; Obesity research
