Description: Monkey Interleukin 6 (IL-6) ELISA kit (31.25-2000 pg/mL) is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of IL-6 in monkey samples with a range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL and a minimum detectable dose (sensitivity) of <7.8 pg/mL. The kit is highly sensitive and easy to use.

Assay Principle: This assay utilizes a quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. A microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody specific for IL-6. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells, where the immobilized antibody binds any IL-6 present. After removing unbound substances, a biotin-conjugated detection antibody for IL-6 is added. Following a wash, avidin-conjugated HRP is introduced. After a final wash to remove any unbound reagents, a substrate solution is added; color develops in proportion to the amount of IL-6 captured in the first step. The reaction is stopped, and the resulting color intensity is recorded.
