Description: Monkey interleukin 6 (IL-6) ELISA kit (2-600 ng/L) is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of IL-6 in monkey samples with a range of 2-600 ng/L and a minimum detectable dose (sensitivity) of 1.09 ng/L. The kit is highly sensitive and easy to use.

Assay Principle: The microplate is pre-coated with a monkey IL-6 antibody. During the assay, IL-6 in the sample binds to the immobilized capture antibodies. A biotinylated monkey IL-6 detection antibody is then added, followed by the addition of streptavidin-HRP. After incubation and a washing step to remove unbound reagents, a substrate solution is introduced. Color development occurs in direct proportion to the concentration of monkey IL-6. The reaction is terminated by an acidic stop solution, and the absorbance is measured at 450 nm.
