Product Overview

Description: LipoKnoxa™ Human PRKACA shRNA AAV Particle (Silencing) targets the catalytic subunit alpha of protein kinase A, a central enzyme in the regulation of lipolysis and glycogen metabolism. Silencing this gene using our U6 or miR30 systems provides a unique method to study cAMP-dependent metabolic control. Multiple AAV serotypes are available to optimize delivery. To ensure experimental success, every batch undergoes total quality control screening for sequence accuracy, functional titer, and microbial purity.

Summary: PRKACA encodes a catalytic subunit of protein kinase A (PKA), a central mediator of cAMP-dependent signaling.
