Product Overview

Description: LipoKnoxa™ Human FABP4 shRNA AAV Particle (Silencing) focuses on the targeted inhibition of FABP4, which is central to systemic glucose and lipid homeostasis. This tool provides two distinct expression strategies: high-potency U6 systems and physiologically optimized miR30-based architectures to reduce cellular stress during adipocyte studies. To ensure optimal delivery to adipose depots, multiple AAV serotypes are available for selection. Every batch is validated through total quality control, including high-precision titering and sterility testing, ensuring data reproducibility.
