Description: LipoKnoxa™ Human CCK shRNA AAV Particle (Silencing) focuses on the targeted inhibition of cholecystokinin, a gut-brain peptide that promotes satiety. Utilizing an advanced RNAi platform that includes both U6 and miR30-based systems, researchers can effectively study the hormonal control of meal termination. Our platform offers a wide range of AAV serotypes for diverse in vivo applications, with all batches validated for functional titer and microbial purity through exhaustive QC screening.
