Description: LipoKnoxa™ Human BBS9 shRNA AAV Particle (Silencing) focuses on the targeted inhibition of BBS9, a protein essential for the structural assembly of the BBSome. Engineered with both U6 and miR30-based shRNA systems, this tool allows for the exploration of ciliary-dependent energy homeostasis. A diverse selection of AAV serotypes is available to ensure optimal targeting. Every viral preparation is backed by comprehensive QC documentation, confirming functional titer, sequence integrity, and sterility.
