Description: Human insulin like growth factor binding protein 2 (IGFBP-2) ELISA kit (0.78-50 ng/mL) is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of IGFBP-2 in human samples with a range of 0.78-50 ng/mL and a minimum detectable dose (sensitivity) of 0.195 ng/mL. The kit is highly sensitive and easy to use.

Assay Principle: This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. An antibody specific for IGFBP-2 is pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells, where IGFBP-2 is bound by the immobilized antibody. After removing unbound substances, a biotin-conjugated detection antibody is added. After washing, avidin-HRP is introduced. Following a final wash, a substrate solution is added; color develops in proportion to the amount of IGFBP-2 captured. The reaction is stopped, and the color intensity is measured.
