Product Overview
Description:
Human E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase MARCH6 (MARCH6) ELISA kit-Quantitative sandwich is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of MARCH6 in human samples with a range of 0.625-20 ng/mL and a minimum detectable dose (sensitivity) of 0.1 ng/mL. The kit is highly sensitive and easy to use.
Assay Principle:
The ELISA analytical biochemical technique is based on MARCH6 antibody-MARCH6 antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect MARCH6 antigen targets in samples.
Background:
MARCH6 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase localized to the endoplasmic reticulum membrane. It has been found to regulate the ubiquitin-mediated degradation of key enzymes or transporters involved in lipid metabolism, thereby influencing intracellular lipid homeostasis. Abnormal MARCH6 activity may lead to lipid metabolism disorders in the liver and adipocytes.
Synonyms:
TEB4; DOA10; RNF176; MARCH-VI; Doa10 homolog; Membrane-associated RING finger protein 6; Membrane-associated RING-CH protein VI; MARCH-VI; Protein TEB-4; RING finger protein 176
Applications:
Human E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase MARCH6 (MARCH6) ELISA kit-Quantitative sandwich is used to quantify MARCH6 in serum, plasma, whole blood, tissue, saliva, urine, feces, and other fluids of human, providing data to support research in a wide range of areas, including enzymes and kinases, ubiquitination, obesity, etc.
