Description: Canine insulin like protein 3 (INSL3) ELISA kit-Quantitative sandwich is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of INSL3 in canine samples with a range of 31.2-1000 pg/mL and a minimum detectable dose (sensitivity) of 5.0 pg/mL. The kit is highly sensitive and easy to use.

Assay Principle: The ELISA analytical biochemical technique is based on INSL3 antibody-INSL3 antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect INSL3 antigen targets in samples.

Background: INSL3 is a hormone belonging to the insulin family. Although structurally similar to insulin, it functions quite differently. INSL3 primarily exerts its effects by binding to its specific receptor, RXFP2. It may play a role in metabolic regulation and is considered a marker of reproductive health for studying the impact of obesity on reproductive health.
