Description: AdipoUpX™ Human PTPN1 MMLV Particle (Overexpression) is a high-titer MMLV particle designed for the specific and stable overexpression of the human PTPN1 (PTP1B) gene. This phosphatase is a major therapeutic target in obesity and diabetes due to its role in dephosphorylating the insulin receptor. The MMLV system’s ability to integrate into the genome of dividing cells facilitates the rapid validation of PTPN1's effects on metabolic signaling pathways. Shipping Condition: Our MMLV retroviral products are shipped using dry ice.

Handling Notes: Due to their high sensitivity to temperature fluctuations and damaging freeze-thaw cycles, viral particles should be aliquoted into low-protein-binding tubes immediately upon receipt to maintain titer and product integrity. This procedure must be conducted within a biosafety cabinet.
