Product Overview
Description:
AdipoUpX™ Human PRMT7 MMLV Particle (Overexpression) is a high-titer, ready-to-use MMLV retroviral particle professionally engineered for the stable overexpression of the human PRMT7 gene. This protein arginine methyltransferase is a key regulator of muscle metabolism and adipogenesis through epigenetic modification. Stable genomic integration allows for the establishment of reliable, permanent cell lines for long-term study. Our modular system allows for high flexibility in customizing functional components, and every batch undergoes comprehensive quality control to ensure product efficacy.
Production Cell Line:
HEK293T
Promoter:
Ubi; CMV; EF1a; Others
Product Availability:
Produced Upon Order
Specification
Titer Test:
qPCR
Insert Verification:
Complete verification of the vector genome's integrity was achieved for every viral preparation using the PCR method.
Sterility Test:
The final viral preparation was confirmed sterile after testing.
Mycoplasma Test:
Mycoplasma contamination testing met all release specifications for all product lots.
Other QC:
We also provide additional testing services tailored to specific project requirements. Additionally, we conduct customized assessments to analyze the expression levels and biological functions of genetically modified organisms.
Storage:
The product must be immediately transferred to -80 °C storage upon its arrival.
Stability:
For long-term storage, the product guarantees excellent stability for 6-12 months at -80°C. After thawing, refrigeration at 4°C allows use of the working solution for 2-3 weeks.
Shipping Condition:
Our MMLV retroviral products are shipped using dry ice.
Handling Notes:
Due to their high sensitivity to temperature fluctuations and damaging freeze-thaw cycles, viral particles should be aliquoted into low-protein-binding tubes immediately upon receipt to maintain titer and product integrity. This procedure must be conducted within a biosafety cabinet.
Intended Use:
This product is intended for research use only and is not for use in diagnosis or therapeutic applications.
Product Disclaimer:
All products have undergone rigorous internal QC inspections as part of our company's commitment to product quality. However, due to the diversity and complexity of experimental conditions, users bear ultimate responsibility for product storage, handling, and compliance with all safety and biosafety protocols, and we offer no guarantee of product performance or experimental results in any specific application.

Summary:
PRMT7 encodes an enzyme belonging to the protein arginine N-methyltransferase family. This enzyme catalyzes the transfer of single methyl groups to arginine residues on various protein substrates, including histones, leading to the formation of monomethylarginines. PRMT7 is involved in essential biological processes such as neuronal differentiation, male germ line imprinting, and the regulation of the Wnt signaling pathway. Mutations in PRMT7 have been identified as the molecular basis for several related human syndromes characterized by intellectual disability, short stature, and distinctive facial features. The protein may also play a pro-oncogenic role by promoting breast cancer cell invasion and metastasis.
