Description: AdipoUpX™ Human FAS MMLV Particle (Overexpression) is a high-titer, ready-to-use MMLV retroviral particle professionally engineered for the stable overexpression of the human FAS (CD95) gene. Handling Notes: Due to their high sensitivity to temperature fluctuations and damaging freeze-thaw cycles, viral particles should be aliquoted into low-protein-binding tubes immediately upon receipt to maintain titer and product integrity. This procedure must be conducted within a biosafety cabinet.
