Description: AdipoUpX™ Human ESRRA MMLV Particle (Overexpression) is a high-titer, ready-to-use MMLV retroviral particle professionally engineered for the stable overexpression of the human ESRRA gene. This orphan nuclear receptor is a major regulator of mitochondrial biogenesis and oxidative metabolism. Stable genomic integration in dividing cells provides a robust platform for metabolic research. Our vector platform supports flexible customization of reporter genes, and all products pass comprehensive quality control (titer, sterility, and mycoplasma testing) to ensure safety.

Shipping Condition: Our MMLV retroviral products are shipped using dry ice.

Handling Notes: Due to their high sensitivity to temperature fluctuations and damaging freeze-thaw cycles, viral particles should be aliquoted into low-protein-binding tubes immediately upon receipt to maintain titer and product integrity. This procedure must be conducted within a biosafety cabinet.
