Description: AdipoUpX™ Human BBS4 MMLV Particle (Overexpression) is a ready-to-use retroviral vector particle professionally engineered for the stable overexpression of the human BBS4 gene. Facilitating the stable expression of this ciliary transport protein, it allows for in-depth research into its role in recruiting cargo to the BBSome. Handling Notes: Due to their high sensitivity to temperature fluctuations and damaging freeze-thaw cycles, viral particles should be aliquoted into low-protein-binding tubes immediately upon receipt to maintain titer and product integrity.
