Product Overview
Description:
Rat regenerating islet-derived protein 3α (Reg3α) ELISA kit (1.56-100 ng/mL) is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of Reg3α in rat samples with a range of 1.56-100 ng/mL and a minimum detectable dose (sensitivity) of 0.89 ng/mL. The kit is highly sensitive and easy to use.
Assay Principle:
The ELISA analytical biochemical technique is based on Reg3α antibody-Reg3α antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect Reg3α antigen targets in samples.
Background:
Regenerating islet-derived protein 3α (Reg3α) is a secreted protein with a signal peptide that may function as a stress-responsive factor involved in controlling bacterial proliferation. It exhibits carbohydrate-binding activity and participates in acute-phase and inflammatory responses, while also modulating keratinocyte differentiation.
Synonyms:
Pancreatitis-associated protein; Hepatointestinal pancreatic protein; Pancreatitis-associated protein 1; REG3a; Regenerating islet derived protein 3 alpha; HIP; INGAP; PAP-H; PAP1; PBCGF; REG-III; REG3
Applications:
Rat regenerating islet-derived protein 3α (Reg3α) ELISA kit (1.56-100 ng/mL) is used to quantify Reg3α in rat samples, providing data to support research in a wide range of areas, including Infection immunity, obesity, and others.
