Product Overview
Description:
Mouse T-box transcription factor TBX15 (TBX15) ELISA kit is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of TBX15 in mouse samples. The kit is highly sensitive and easy to use.
Assay Principle:
The ELISA analytical biochemical technique is based on TBX15 antibody-TBX15 antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect TBX15 antigen targets in samples.
Background:
TBX15 is a transcription factor belonging to the T-Box family, involved in embryonic development and cell lineage determination. In obesity research, TBX15 is closely associated with adipose tissue distribution. Polymorphisms in the TBX15 gene represent one of the key genetic factors influencing adipose tissue morphology—such as subcutaneous fat accumulation—and brown adipocyte generation, directly affecting the thermogenic and storage functions of adipose tissue.
Synonyms:
TBX14; T-box 15; T-box transcription factor 15
Applications:
Mouse T-box transcription factor TBX15 (TBX15) ELISA kit is used to quantify TBX15 in mouse samples, providing data to support research in a wide range of areas, including developmental biology, among others.
