Description: Mouse anti-growth hormone antibody ELISA kit is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of anti-growth hormone antibody in mouse samples with a range of 250-5000 ng/mL and a minimum detectable dose (sensitivity) of 1.0 ng/mL. The kit is highly sensitive and easy to use.

Assay Principle: This kit is based on the competitive ELISA principle for the quantitative detection of anti-growth hormone (GH) antibody. The provided microplate is pre-coated with GH antigen. Samples or standards are incubated in the wells together with a GH-Ab-HRP conjugate. The endogenous GH-Ab from the specimen competes with the HRP-labeled antibody for the limited antigen sites on the solid phase. Following the incubation and a thorough washing step to eliminate unbound substances, a substrate solution is introduced for color development. The reaction is terminated by a stop solution, and the resulting color intensity is measured at 450 nm. In this competitive system, the amount of bound HRP-conjugate is inversely correlated with the concentration of GH-Ab in the sample—the more GH-Ab present in the specimen, the lower the final O.D. signal. Results are calculated by comparing the O.D. of the samples to a standard curve.
