Product Overview
Description:
Mouse alpha-ketoglutarate-dependent dioxygenase alkB homolog 3 (ALKBH3) ELISA kit is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of ALKBH3 in mouse. The kit is highly specific, sensitive, and easy to use.
Assay Principle:
The kit is based on ALKBH3 antibody-ALKBH3 antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect ALKBH3 antigenic targets in samples.
Background:
ALKBH3 is a dioxygenase that repairs alkylated DNA containing 1-methyladenine (1meA) and 3-methylcytosine (3meC) by oxidative demethylation. It has a strong preference for single-stranded DNA (ssDNA).
Synonyms:
ABH3; DEPC-1; DEPC1; PCA1; hABH3; AlkB homolog 3, alpha-ketoglutarate-dependent dioxygenase; AlkB homolog 3, alpha-ketoglutaratedependent dioxygenase; AlkB homolog 3, alpha-ketoglutarate dependent dioxygenase; EC 1.14.11.-
EC NO.:
1.14.11.-
Applications:
Mouse alpha-ketoglutarate-dependent dioxygenase alkB homolog 3 (ALKBH3) ELISA kit is an important tool for the quantitative detection of ALKBH3 in various biological samples of mice.
