Description: LipoKnoxa™ Human NHLH2 shRNA AAV Particle (Silencing) facilitates the targeted knockdown of the NHLH2 transcription factor, which is vital for the regulation of energy expenditure and physical activity. Engineered with both U6 and miR30-based shRNA systems, this tool enables the study of hypothalamic pathways in weight management. Our platform offers multiple AAV serotypes for tissue-specific tropism, with all preparations backed by comprehensive QC documentation covering functional titer and mycoplasma testing.

Handling Notes: To prevent titer loss caused by repeated freeze-thaw cycles, we recommend aliquoting the virus into single-use volumes upon receipt.
