Description: LipoKnoxa™ Human DGAT1 shRNA Ad5 Particle (Silencing) targets diglyceride acyltransferase 1, the enzyme responsible for the final step of triglyceride synthesis. Utilizing optimized U6 or miR30 shRNA delivery, this tool allows for the exploration of intestinal fat absorption and lipid droplet formation in adipocytes.
