Description:
Human neurotensin receptor 2 (NTSR2) ELISA kit (0.156-10 ng/mL) is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of NTSR2 in human samples with a range of 0.156-10 ng/mL and a minimum detectable dose (sensitivity) of 0.061 ng/mL. The kit is highly sensitive and easy to use.
Assay Principle:
The provided microtiter plate is pre-immobilized with an antibody specific to NTSR2. Standards or samples are introduced into the designated microtiter wells along with a biotin-conjugated detection antibody preparation specific for NTSR2. Subsequently, avidin-conjugated HRP is added to each microplate well and incubated. After the TMB substrate solution is introduced, color development occurs exclusively in wells containing the NTSR2 complex. A sulphuric acid solution terminates the enzyme-substrate reaction, and the absorbance is recorded at 450 nm ± 10 nm. The final concentration of NTSR2 is calculated by mapping the OD values against the established standard curve.
