Description: Chicken glucagon-like peptide 2 (GLP-2) ELISA kit (0.25-8 ng/mL) is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of GLP-2 in chicken samples with a range of 0.25-8 ng/mL and a minimum detectable dose (sensitivity) of 0.1 ng/mL. The kit is highly sensitive and easy to use.
Assay Principle: The ELISA analytical biochemical technique is based on GLP-2 antibody-GLP-2 antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect GLP-2 antigen targets in samples.
