Product Overview
Description:
Chicken anti-prothrombin (aPT) ELISA kit is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of aPT in chicken. The kit is highly specific, sensitive, and easy to use.
Assay Principle:
The kit is based on an aPT antibody-aPT antigen interaction (immunosorbent) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect aPT antigen targets in samples.
Background:
Thrombin converts fibrinogen to fibrin and activates factors V, VII, VIII, XIII, and, in complex with thrombomodulin, protein C. Research indicates that obesity is associated with disturbances in coagulation balance, leading to a pro-coagulant and hypofibrinolytic state. Analysis of F1 + 2 levels is of certain significance.
Synonyms:
Anti-prothrombin antibodies; aPT antibody; Antiprothrombin
Applications:
Chicken anti-prothrombin (aPT) ELISA kit is an important tool for the quantitative detection of aPT in various biological samples (serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, body fluid, tissue homogenate) of chicken.
Research Area:
Blood coagulation regulation; Obesity research
