Description: Cat growth hormone (GH) ELISA kit is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of GH in cat samples. The kit is highly sensitive and easy to use.

Assay Principle: This assay employs a two-site sandwich ELISA to quantify GH1. An antibody specific for GH1 is pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are added, allowing GH1 to be captured by the immobilized antibody. After washing, a biotin-conjugated detection antibody specific for GH1 is added. This is followed by the addition of Streptavidin-HRP. After a final wash, a substrate solution is added, and color develops in direct proportion to the amount of GH1 bound. The reaction is stopped, and the intensity is measured.
