Description: AdipoUpX™ Human TUB Ad5 Adenoviral Particle (Overexpression) is a ready-to-use Ad5 adenovirus vector particle designed for the transient overexpression of the human TUB gene. It enables researchers to investigate the Tubby protein's function in hypothalamic insulin and leptin signaling. This product facilitates the study of how TUB deficiency leads to maturity-onset obesity and sensory loss. The product's integrity is ensured by rigorous purification and comprehensive QC screening, including titer and sterility validation.
