Product Overview
Description:
Rat cadherln-related neuronal receptor 1 (CNR-1) ELISA kit (0.312-20 ng/mL, 0.06 ng/mL) is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of CNR-1 in rat with a range of 0.312-20 ng/mL and a specificity of 0.06 ng/mL.
Assay Principle:
The pre-coated antibody is a rat CNR-1 monoclonal antibody, and the detection antibody is a biotin-labeled polyclonal antibody. The samples and biotin-labeled antibodies are added to the ELISA plate wells and rinsed with PBS or TBS. Avidin-peroxidase conjugate is then sequentially added to the ELISA wells. The reactants are thoroughly rinsed with PBS or TBS and then colored with TMB substrate. TMB turns blue when catalyzed by the peroxidase enzyme, and finally turns yellow in the presence of acid. The shade of color is positively correlated with the detection factor in the sample.
Background:
CNR-1 is a protein belonging to the cadherin superfamily involved in cell adhesion and plays roles in the development and function of the nervous system.
Synonyms:
CNR1
Applications:
Rat CNR-1 (CNR-1) ELISA kit (0.312-20 ng/mL, 0.06 ng/mL) is used to quantify CNR-1 in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, and tissue samples of rats, providing data to support a wide range of studies.
