Product Overview
Description:
Rat acetylcholinesterase collagenic tail peptide (COLQ) ELISA kit is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of COLQ in rat with a range of 100-2500 pg/mL and a specificity of 1.0 pg/mL.
Assay Principle:
The kit is based on COLQ antibody-COLQ antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect COLQ antigen targets in samples.
Background:
COLQ anchors the catalytic subunits of asymmetric AChE to the synaptic basal lamina. Its mutations are associated with endplate acetylcholinesterase deficiency.
Synonyms:
Collagen like tail subunit of asymmetric acetylcholinesterase; AChE Q subunit
Applications:
Rat acetylcholinesterase collagenic tail peptide (COLQ) ELISA kit is used to quantify COLQ in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, body fluid, tissue homogenate samples of rat, providing data to support a wide range of studies.
Research Area:
Signal transduction
