Description: Mouse corticosteroid-binding globulin (SERPINA6) ELISA kit-Quantitative competitive is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of SERPINA6 in mouse samples with a range of 0.2-80 μg/mL and a minimum detectable dose (sensitivity) of 0.2 μg/mL. The kit is highly sensitive and easy to use.

Assay Principle: This assay utilizes the competitive enzyme immunoassay technique. The provided microtiter plate is pre-coated with a goat-anti-rabbit antibody. Standards or samples are added to the wells along with an antibody specific for SERPINA6 and HRP-conjugated SERPINA6. A competitive inhibition reaction occurs between the HRP-labeled SERPINA6 and the unlabeled SERPINA6 from the sample for the antibody binding sites. A substrate solution is added, and color develops in inverse proportion to the amount of SERPINA6 in the sample. The reaction is stopped, and the color intensity is measured.
