Product Overview
Description:
Mouse beta-2 adrenergic receptor (ADRB2) ELISA kit (0.156-10 ng/mL, 0.086 ng/mL) is a ready-to-use ELISA kit for analyzing mouse ADRB2 levels with a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.086 ng/mL.
Assay Principle:
The kit is based on ADRB2 antibody-ADRB2 antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect ADRB2 antigen targets in samples.
Background:
ADRB2, the β-adrenergic receptor, regulates the metabolism and phenotype of adipose and skeletal muscle tissues, and its polymorphisms are associated with body composition and obesity. Based on its role in obesity, targeting ADRB2 is an attractive target in anti-obesity drug development.
Synonyms:
β2AR; β2-AR; Beta-2 adrenoceptor; B2AR
Applications:
Mouse beta-2 adrenergic receptor (ADRB2) ELISA kit (0.156-10 ng/mL, 0.086 ng/mL) is designed for the in vitro quantitative analysis of ADRB2 levels in mouse samples.
Research Area:
Signaling pathway; Endocytosis; Brown fat cell differentiation; Hormone research; Obesity
