Product Overview

Description: Mouse angiotensin II type 1 receptor antibody (ATIIR1 Ab) ELISA kit is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of ATIIR1 Ab in mouse with a range of 0.312-20 ng/mL and a specificity of up to 0.06 ng/mL.
Assay Principle: The pre-coated antigen is a related mouse ATIIR1 Ab antigen, and the detection antigen is another antigen. The samples are added to the ELISA plate wells and rinsed with PBS or TBS after being added to the wells individually. The avidin-peroxidase conjugate is then added sequentially to the wells. The enzyme conjugate is washed thoroughly with PBS or TBS and then colored with TMB substrate, which reacts with peroxidase activity to produce a blue product, which finally turns yellow upon addition of the termination solution. The intensity of the color is positively correlated with the amount of target analyte in the sample.
