Description: LipoKnoxa™ Human RPGRIP1L shRNA AAV Particle (Silencing) focuses on the targeted inhibition of a ciliary basal body protein linked to Joubert syndrome and obesity. Utilizing our advanced RNAi platform with a choice of U6 or miR30-based systems, researchers can evaluate the role of ciliary architecture in satiety signaling. Our platform offers multiple AAV serotypes for tissue-specific tropism, supported by total quality control screening for functional titer and sequence integrity.
