Product Overview

Description: LipoKnoxa™ Human PLIN2 shRNA AAV Particle (Silencing) targets perilipin 2, the primary protein coating lipid droplets in non-adipocytes like the liver and muscle. Engineered with both U6 and miR30-based shRNA, this tool helps researchers study ectopic lipid accumulation and lipotoxicity. Multiple AAV serotypes are available to ensure precise delivery. Every preparation undergoes total QC verification—including functional titer and mycoplasma detection—to ensure safety and reproducibility.

Handling Notes: To prevent titer loss caused by repeated freeze-thaw cycles, we recommend aliquoting the virus into single-use volumes upon receipt.
