Product Overview

Description: LipoKnoxa™ Human ABCA1 shRNA AAV Particle (Silencing) targets the ATP-binding cassette transporter A1, which is critical for HDL formation and cholesterol efflux. By utilizing optimized U6 and miR30-based shRNA delivery, this tool assists in uncovering the pathways of reverse cholesterol transport. A broad spectrum of AAV serotypes is provided for tissue-specific tropism, and every viral preparation is verified via total QC validation, including mycoplasma detection and high-sensitivity titer assays.

Handling Notes: To prevent titer loss caused by repeated freeze-thaw cycles, we recommend aliquoting the virus into single-use volumes upon receipt.
