Product Overview
Description:
Human nuclear receptor subfamily 1 group I member 3 (NR1I3) ELISA kit (0.312-20 ng/mL) is an ELISA-based in vitro research tool designed specifically for the quantitative detection of NR1I3 in human samples with a range of 0.312-20 ng/mL and a minimum detectable dose (sensitivity) of 0.15 ng/mL. The kit is highly sensitive and easy to use.
Assay Principle:
The ELISA analytical biochemical technique is based on NR1I3 antibody-NR1I3 antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect NR1I3 antigen targets in samples.
Background:
NR1I3 (also known as CAR) is a nuclear receptor primarily functioning as a sensor for exogenous substances (such as drugs and environmental pollutants). CAR participates in regulating the expression of numerous metabolic enzymes in the liver, including those involved in glucose and lipid metabolism, and is associated with certain pathological conditions.
Synonyms:
CAR; CAR1; MB67; Constitutive activator of retinoid response; Constitutive active response; Constitutive androstane receptor; CAR; Orphan nuclear receptor MB67
Applications:
Human nuclear receptor subfamily 1 group I member 3 (NR1I3) ELISA kit (0.312-20 ng/mL) is used to quantify NR1I3 in serum, plasma, whole blood, tissue, saliva, urine, feces, and other fluids of human, providing data to support research in a wide range of areas, including metabolism, obesity, etc.
