Description: AdipoUpX™ Human GPX1 Ad5 Adenoviral Particle (Overexpression) is engineered for efficient overexpression of the human GPX1 gene. As a major antioxidant enzyme, it protects cells against oxidative stress, which is often elevated in metabolic syndrome. It allows for the investigation of how reducing reactive oxygen species (ROS) impacts insulin signaling and beta-cell health. Every batch undergoes comprehensive QC, including titer and sterility testing, to ensure experimental reproducibility.
