Description: AdipoUpX™ Human EIF2AK3 Ad5 Adenoviral Particle (Overexpression) is specifically designed for efficient transient overexpression of the human EIF2AK3 (PERK) gene. PERK is a critical sensor for ER stress and is linked to the development of diabetes and obesity-related cellular dysfunction. This tool enables researchers to investigate the protein translation control and the unfolded protein response.
