Results: In this study, researchers use visualization techniques to observe perilipin 1 (PLIN1) in primary human adipocytes to reveal its specific role in lipid metabolism. It was found that PLIN1 was involved in the regulation of lipid storage and release in adipocytes through its dynamic behavior. PLIN1 may affect lipid homeostasis by changing its conformation or interacting with other proteins.
